TERMS & CONDITIONS

In agreeing to participate in any class or workshop either at the Yellow Door Studio or in associated online classes I acknowledge and accept that my participation is completely at my own risk. As a participant, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Yellow Door Studio.and associated teachers from any and all responsibilities or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in the above-mentioned activities. I understand and am aware that exercise is a potentially hazardous activity. I also understand that fitness activities involve risk of injury and even death, and I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and machinery with knowledge of the dangers involved. I expressly assume and accept all risks.

We recommend you consult with a physician before starting this or any exercise program. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the course of the program, stop exercising immediately, inform your Instructor and seek medical attention.

PRIVACY POLICY

I authorize the Yellow Door Studio and its associated health professionals to collect my personal and medical information. In addition, I authorize the Yellow Door Studio and its associated Instructors to communicate with my family doctor and/or referring doctor as deemed necessary for my beneficial treatment.

Any personal and medical information collected by Yellow Door Studio is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

Full payment is required at time of booking to secure a your place.  All sales are final.

SERIES BOOKINGS: We try our best to price our series' as fairly as possible and offer a substantial discount for booking multiple classes. We therefore have a clear cancellation policy to ensure that we cover expenses and the ongoing viability of the series.

We urge you to carefully check your diary to ensure that you are available to attend the majority, if not all, of the classes in the series. There are no guaranteed make-ups for missed sessions, but we will try our best to accommodate you. 

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to complete the series due to medical reasons, a prorated credit or refund will be given upon receipt of a Dr's note.

STUDIO CANCELLATION: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a series you will be given a full refund. In the unlikely event we have to cancel a single class, you will receive a prorated refund.  We will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.
